I See It, I Like It, I Want It, I Get it

đź•‘3 mins reading time

I have always believed that life has unlimited possibilities, as long as I prepared myself for the worst-case scenario and with the strength given, I will be able to make efforts, go through it and live an awesome life. Just as my life motto: play hard, work hard, live life to be awesome. The hard is there so that I can do my best and get the greatest outcome. Also, the hard reassured that I’ve spent my time well in life.

As I grew up, I realized that nothing in life comes easy (other than getting old). Everything in life requires us to put in effort and consistency to achieve. For example, gaining weight requires money to buy food, keep on eating, and stay lazy. Once I break down things to small tasks, it became clearer for me to see the cause and effect. Then I can identify all the causes in my lifestyle and the effect of them, as well as to choose my desired effect with its causes that I have to work on to achieve.

Few weeks ago, I came across a video about life perspective. One of my most memorable part is when the narrator says that Science is a tool human use to learn about the world. Once you proved any theory to be wrong, then it will be replaced with a new theory without hesitation. Which is what human always did: use what is useful and abandon what is not.

This reminds me of the term “right” and “wrong” in the society. It is “right” when majority agree, and it is “wrong” when majority disagree. It all comes down to human, yet we tend to forget that no human is perfect. Which could be further brought to the point where all systems in life are imperfect. Maybe an open-minded would come useful in a life where with an open-minded are always prepared to take in new ideas, analyse them and willing to make changes. I’m fascinated when I found out that the same time human craves for stability, the same time human don’t really want to settle down.

With the rise of technology, it is said to have 2.5 quintillion bytes of data created each day in 2017. Contents created each and every minute, from people of all ages, of all occupation and from everywhere, sharing their perspectives and ideas (just like me now XD). We are being influenced every second we encounter anything. Hence, that’s what makes human so same yet so different, because no one can ever duplicate two person with same mind, same appearance and same behaviour. Instead of going around forcing others to live the life like how you lived, let’s take a step back, watch and learn theirs. Sharing, exchanging ideas and learning are to make our own life better. In this limitless life, what you chose to do and what you did will create the you today.

To conclude, as long as what you did will not harm the life of others, do what you like, what makes you happy or pumped. Anything, words, behaviours, lifestyles, believes and etc that you saw in the Internet, take them as suggestions instead of the final answer to how you should live your life, because it is YOUR life. You see it, you like it, you want it, you work for it, you get it.

Always remember what you see in the Internet are life of others. Now read again the first sentence and the last sentence of the previous paragraph. Thank you for reading, have a good day.
