3. Clean

- Clean up your desk and your room. Try to keep them tidy as long as possible. Environment influence you, “your environment can bring out the best or the worst in you”. So, build your own positive environment to bring the positive you out!

4. Quotes

- I keep a notebook of motivational quotes and I’ll read them whenever I feel down. They aren’t those random quotes that might be misleading but those from successful people, movies and song lyrics.
- You can also write down a few favourite quotes on sticky notes or print them out and have them pasted on eye-catching places. (e.g. desk, makeup table, wardrobe)
- Some of my favourite quotes:

Winnie the Pooh: “You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”

Walt Disney: “All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue it.”

Steve Jobs: “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone’s life.”

Alice through the Looking Glass, Time:
“You might not chance the past, but you might learn something from it.”
“The only way to achieve impossible is to believe it is possible.”

Albert Einstein: “Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.”

5. Focus

- Write down your goals and always remind yourself about them. You can have short term goals like “to do of the day” and long-term goals like “new year resolution”.
- Break your goals into small pieces and achieve them a little by little. Start from the smallest step and go one by one!
- Try to stay focus on what you want to achieve, keep the distractions away!

6. Enjoy

- Practice yourself to enjoy studying and working. You will feel less burden when you embrace them with a positive attitude. That’s why attitude matters! Moreover, you can enhance your productivity when you are in good emotion.
- Make sure that your goals are the goals that you really want to achieve. Then you’ll feel the satisfaction and the happiness once you achieved them!
